So growing up, my father was a physician. My brothers ultimately have become physicians and are currently physicians today. And I was the guy that fixed things around the house. So I enjoyed fixing things. I enjoy working with my hands and using that in a scientific way. I genuinely feel that I can help people smile, that you can help them through a sometimes difficult procedure. You can sometimes help them through something that has bothered them for years and years and get them to a result that they’re happy with, they’re proud of, and they’re confident in.
So for me, the reward is truly helping people smile but in a way that sometimes is very personal, individual, and it helps them now have the confidence to be out in the public and smile.
Some of the things that people will say, by the time they see me, they have seen many other people that work here as well. I’m maybe the least important person that I have very good people that work here, that help people, that take care of people, and that my job is just to keep up with them. So I feel very comfortable, very confident that for somebody to make the phone call, to have certain things taken care of, and then for me to be able to assist in that, is that I have a great group of people that I work with and that I can then assist them in helping somebody have a beautiful smile.
